Subject: That's not good, that's sick. Your coach shouldn't be pushing you like that. If you're running so hard you're throwing up, that's not good for your body. I understand that this is a very competitive sport in your school, but what happened's not good. Especially considering the medication thing. You don't need to be pushed like that, you dont' deserve to be, it's not good for your body.

  • I don't like the sound of that either...I'm really glad you found something you really like Shark, and you've worked so hard at it, but your coach shouldn't be pushing you that hard. It's not something he should be proud of, having his team getting physically ill and then pushing them more. Some coaches are just fanatic like that.
