Not sure what your response was intended to mean; there were initial reports that D'Amato was going to run against Gormley. Then the AC Press carried a story quoting a local political rep (who's name escapes me) stating D'Amato would not be running. However, it appears he will be. I make no comments as to whether he'll succeed or not. I'm just reporting that he'll run in the June primary. "Duh; huh"

My point is you also said,"notwithstanding some announcements to the contrary" To me, thats like saying it might rain today unless it doesn't. Why bother reporting this until he (D'Amato) confirms it?

Very revealing post that D'Amato is finished in more ways than one should he lose this June to Gormley.

First of all, he's gonna win, bank on it.

Second, even if he did lose - whi would he be finished "in more ways than one.

Are you idiots comfortable with this terrorism/philosophy?

You're not allowed to run for public office around here for fear that you will be destroyed?

Says alot.

Bank on it? Ain't no guarantees in life or politics, just ask your friend Torrecelli

Finished in more ways than one because I feel Gormley (and NJ politics in general) can be ruthless. Their have been plenty of ex-pols "locked out" because they didn't tow the line. If you don'y know what I mean, you need to learn more abou politics in this state. Don't underestimate, you of all people should know that.

Comfortable idiots? Didn't take you long to be insultive just like the people you despise. Kinda makes you seem arrogant like Gormely. And if thats the kind of people who surround D'Amato, then I don't want him any more than Gormely.

Not allowed to run for office for fear? Who said that? Oh, thats just you making ASSuptions.

Understand this: I don't like Gormely. And,I don't need you trying to think for me, or be insultive, thats why you have lost so much of your audience. Deal with that Fact.
