What a shame. In the time that LaTorre has served the School Board, I have felt a confidence that someone is looking out for our kids. Now-if what Hurley says is true, the elected Board will waste time on intenal politics that have nothing to do with improving/maintaining the School System.

Hurley would like people to think that he reports the truth,yet when he doesn't like someone,he supports a gag-order.VERY REVELEING INDEED

I understand that a report on AC School Violence/problems is out in The Press Today. (did not see it yet).From what I understand,there is a heavy law presence at the school. I also hear that there are guns but that students are un-willing to report exactly how the guns are getting in due to the fact that they do not want to have cell-phones,mp3 players and other prohibited items confiscated.

This campaign to make him "shut-up" makes me wonder what they are hiding? What is your point?-To make public officials afraid to inform the public? If the guy is trying to get more information that will help him understand what goes on,why would anyone stand in his way?

Why does it cost $110. a day to drive a deaf student to Dennis TWP? Who is getting the $$$ for that RIP-OFF?

(official report/audit/investigation of "waste-fraud & abuse"....I haven't had a chance to review this yet.........for some reason,this link "popped up" (on GOOGLE) while I was investigating why we (Atlantic County taxpayers),are being asked to pay $110. a DAY to drive a deaf student to Dennis TWP.

Talkonline, first, May I say PLEASE! Now, what is that you don' unerstand about my opinion that LaTore is selfish, self-promoter with his own pronal/pliticalagenda. I found out today that he is not even elected to the d Board. And, now, LaTore is creating more million dollar lawsuits. That political KOOKS would try to hide the fact that ACHS is a cesspool run by unqualified political moron hacks trying to smear a good man trying to protect our kids. Truth a justice will NOT be intimidated by these scoundrels and hacks. I was glad to read that Brigantine is withholding its OCT tuition payment to AC until it can show it has taken steps to assure the safety of our kids.
