I thought that you couldn't leagally sell a ticket for more than 20% of the tickets price?

I would rather get "scalped" online or before going to an event. I myself usually try to get tickets at the last minute, and carrying a giant wad of cash to a concert or event can be very distracting.

I have bought and sold tickets online before and never had a problem.
