Never had to be the subject of the masters attention at anytime during my seagoing life. we islanders showed the greatest respect to all those in authority and to all human beings. The DR was brought into being because those persons who claimed to be seamen and who where found to be inept where all from Liverpool. Hence the master had to decline to report on conduct and ability of these scousers.
