hi all. i used to do all the fancy stuff while the wife did the every day cooking. one of my favourites was weiner snitsel. and i did a mean moussaca. i know shepeards pie is made with lamb mince but have never heard of it having a cheese topping. i never have it when eating out as it and cottage pie could have anything in it. why do you think curry is disguised with spices. cheers. alf
