Yes that is very true too,the Tumeric is realy god for you as are all the other Ingredients they put into the Curries.
Durban was definately the best place for Curries,and i dont know if you ever tried the "Bunnychow" Bean Bunny that was a real treat.Half a loaf of bread filled with the most scrumptous bean curry,a right messt way to eat,but soooo deliciosus!
Also the Red Curry sold at the Catcracker Unit,Wow!! was that HOT!!
iI am stil a big fan of Hot curries,and even if i say so myself,can still cook a mean Curry!
Have it at least twice a week sometimes more!
