Donald I saw a docco on the tv here in Canada a year or so ago, which claimed that the soil(rock)on the north of the south island of New Zealand was identical to the soil(rock)on the north of the north island which would indicate that one of the islands had done a 360 in years gone by, any truth to that?But take a firm grip on your paint brush just in case things start to happen!! Spent just about two years down there (and Narua)on a Bank Boat in the early 50's
