The DR put my on the anitbiotics Z-pack as a last try. She said if it's still there at my follow up Wed, then she is sending me to a pulmonary (I hope I spelled that right) specialists. I just took the last one today. I am still coughing but the cough has changed. Now, it's not so frequent and is getting to be productive. I still have cough spells, though. Navy Lady when I was on the Z-pack it took days to kick in. I almost went back to the doctor but then read the pamphlet about it and it said could take 6-10 days to fully be effective. So I waited. yeah I read that. she wanted me to follow up in a week though. I am feeling a bit better though. I am not coughing ALL the time now. Although this kinda makes me mad cause I went in and told them about the last time and the antibiotics I was given and the ignored me. That was 3 months ago.
