Navy Lady when I was on the Z-pack it took days to kick in. I almost went back to the doctor but then read the pamphlet about it and it said could take 6-10 days to fully be effective. So I waited. yeah I read that. she wanted me to follow up in a week though. I am feeling a bit better though. I am not coughing ALL the time now.
