"Not such a simple thing. I only know Griogiar one night before I handfasted him! I didna even know he was a Wallace! What if we donna get along? What if he gets tired of me or I of him? I want us to be able to part ways with a clear conscience if it comes down to that." She bit her lip a little, her eyes moving up to the woman before she shrugged. "I donna remember all of the night we were together..I had drank quite a bit of scotch..." She let out a soft worried breath before she continued on. "I kind of feel as though the next time we are together..I mean..if there is a next time of course...that it would be more like our first time, I would be more aware and I am a little...nervous. He has been with many woman and I have done hardly anything at all when it comes to pleasing a man..." She shrugged a little, looking down helplessly. "I have a doctors appointment for next week...end of next week..." She threw out there, since the other woman had brought up the birth control. He smirked, shaking his head. "My wife has no qualms with diving into other people's bedrooms lives or braggin' about her own...heaven knows what she's sayin' to your poor lass." He grinned though, pouring himself some more scotch and taking a luxerious drag off the cigar, inhaling the fine smoke before he tipped his head, listening to the other man speak and feeling anger growing inside of him. "Yer Da is a sadistic bastard, Griogiar and ye should thank god every day that ye turned out nothing like him." He growled out, his eyes tipping up towards the ceiling for a moment. "Donna let Gavin hear about that or he'll go charging onto Wallace lands on a stallion with a broadsword and get himself killed." he sighed deeply, his eyes moving to the door before he nodded slowly. "Aye...she is very young, Mairah. She wasna even supposed to consider anyone until well past her eighteenth birthday..." He smirked again, at a thought, looking back to Griogiar. "Ye'll be the envy of ev'ry single man in Scotland, their are many countin' down the days till she turns eighteen."
