“Brewington may not have had the rhetorical skill of Thomas Paine,” he said, “but like 18th-century pamphleteers, he used a popular forum of expression in his time (here, the Internet) to complain about unfair treatment by an oppressive system.”

Funny how that complaining "scared" some people in our judicial system. Were they "scared" because they couldn't intimidate and silence someone who stood up for himself and his children? How many people just give up in our judicial process?
