I do not see a problem with that. America is to dependent on CARBON BASED FUELS. Wasn't to long ago that America had rivers that caught on fire because of pollution. Every citizen deserves clean air to breath and clean water to drink. Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act were established with bipartisan support for the betterment of all.
