He was turned in by someone as being at the meeting in uniform. He admitted to that. That is the only investigation that I am aware of.

NOW...several of those BOW members that are voting on Doug's job are under investigation by the FBI. One of them does not have a job, but is in the position to vote on other's jobs. A council member calls other people names, bullies and belittles people on a public forum. A Council Member is rumored to be receiving public assistance (per his family). Seems the whole system is messed up.

With such a messed up system, why penalize just one?
