Why does everyone keep saying he committed two felonies? Did the court say he committed a felony?....NO the felony charges were dropped. ANYONE can be charged with a felony. That doesn't mean that one was COMMITTED. There is a difference between being charge and being found guilty. Read the law that they tried to use to say he committed two felonies. What he did, did not qualify.

If you want to follow the Inspector Generals guidelines for Ghost Employment for state employees, then all of the police had better be charged because I have seen them at birthday parties, sports events, etc.... http://www.in.gov/ig/2341.htm ...but again, that doesn't make it a felony. It just makes it a charge that has to be proven in court.........
