I take it you were on the bad side? I have worked with or around Doug for 14 years and I haven't seen him treat anyone wrong. I have seen him treat people the way they needed to be treated. Actually I have seen him go out of the way to help others. Back in 2002 or 2003 he helped to expose wrong doing. If I remember correctly, some people lost their jobs over that and I am sure that is what all of this is about. Those people that thought they were treated wrongfully, are getting even. I am sure he has done some wrong in his lifetime....we all have done something. No one is perfect.

To take a 22 year career for it, is uncalled for. To take a seasoned police officer away from the citizens, is uncalled for. To take a K-9 away from the taxpayers, is uncalled for. By firing Doug you are not just hurting Doug, you are hurting the entire community.
