With the new jail, they will have so much more room to put people they want to intimidate in some way. I have a dream ... to one day see the prosecutor, a couple of local judges, those who have received money which they abused, and crooked developers. Remember that developer from Hidden Valley/Valley Woods who ripped people off with their water company. He and his son certainly got off easy.
