The charges for this should have happened way before almost a year after the offense, the charges should've included dealing in a controlled substance however they probably didn't let the actual buy take place for that very reason. The story mentions no where that he ever even served any time in jail. WHY??? He got a plea deal on his first court appearance, really how often does that happen?? Never. The story mentions he has no prescriptions for any of the medications, but had purchased them from "a guy in the city", I call bluff on this. I think he's using the funeral home has a front. I know an individual who had a terminal illness and passed away at home and because this was expected the funeral home just came to their home to pick them up. Chances are good that someone with a terminal illness has a lot of pills such as the types named in this story, what would stop them taking them while there getting the body.
