You are making assumptions which is not very smart. I have checked the internet and have found no recent news and that is why I was inquiring if anyone knew the baby's condition or what happened to Jenda/Pennington as a result of this crime. In addition, there are many crimes which happen outside of Dearborn County and are reported in Dearborn County news. Therefore, although I am going against my beliefs regarding assumptions, I assuming that you "really" do know this woman's family and are upset that someone has brought the matter up. Otherwise why would you be so concerned about it being mentioned. Let me refresh your memory: She threw a 5 month old baby repeatedly, letting it hit the floor. The baby had to be revived by the EMTs. The baby was in the hospital for months. The baby will be ok but never 100% ok. I believe it is our right as citizens to know what the outcome of this case was. You are very transparent.
