 Hi Julie, I had not changed my statement, IC 36-2-14-23 is code. I referenced Title 207. Two separate documents. But that's spliting hairs. The point I was speaking about was the comments that Evans made about being the "only" qualified candidate. I understood that to be misleading, to the lay person not in the know. Point in case. To be qualified as a candidate you need be at least 18y/o and a resident. Those are the "only" qualifications for candidacy. Julie, I would appoach you to discuss, but can't for fear of retribution.
