So the appeal judges got the state to concede that Heidi Humphrey's intimidation was the weakest link in the case.
So why would judge humphrey who handled many cases in his 12 years on the bench feel intimidated by brewington?
Isn't it true that the Humphrey felt intimidated when the prosecutor began having police escort his wife home from work and watch their house. For a week. Just around the time they arrested brewington.
