All this seems highly suspect, how can the Prosecutor even legally use bail as a means to try to get statements? Isn't it coercion???? Alleged tax evasion, remember they ARE FIRST innocent and the Prosecutor has to prove them guilty be a reasonable doubt. Those in this justice system are of a very ignoble nature. They do not care about justice, truth, fairness or upholding the law all they care about in winning so they will get re-elected no matter how incompetent as a group they are. Lawyers in general do not concern their selves with upholding or enforcing the law they manipulate it to ensure job security. Is is especially the case of this Prosecutor. Garner however by is actions is only trying to get a fair unbiased trial from a Judge who should likewise be impartial and unbiased.
