Who goes to the Court of Appeals, when the Defendant is in jail, and then pounds his chest and states I will not be intimidated? Who was there to view the empty chest thumping? Come on!!! Humphrey portrays himself as some defender of the judiciary when the whole deal with Brewington was a farce. This entire charade is pure jerkwater logic and justice. Humphrey was standing up, he was attempting to sway the Justices on the Court of Appeals that "Oh there is Judge Humphrey!!! Hopefully justice is not denied in this case because Humphrey was attempting to throw his weight around. It works in Dearborn County do to the simply sheep that reside here. Maybe the Court of Appeals is different.
