I would also add, again, ALL of the "threats" made against all of the "victims" are still online for everyone to see. Does anyone think it's a little odd that none of the judges in Dan's divorce or criminal trial ever told him to take down ANY statement or blog or webpage? Why was there never a court order to remove "threatening" content issued to Dan or any service provider? When he eventually gets out, are they going to lock him up again for the same statements; for perpetually "intimidating" the same "victims"? No. What he said doesn't even come close to breaking the law. They just, plain and simply, convicted and sentenced Dan to five years in state prison for criticizing their own by manipulating juries and providing Dan with intentional ineffective counsel. It's not a good time to be an American in Dearborn County, Indiana.
