i am not sure thats why i was wondering who paid. i really hope it wasn't dearborn county after all i am
still driving on gravel roads years after we were all promised that if the people voted in the boat every gravel
road would be paved within 5 yrs. what a joke been way longer than that and there are still gravel roads in dearborn-at least in district 3 there are!
