Some of the points include: Constitutional Limitations on Intimidation, Erroneous Instructions to the Jury, Ineffective Counsel, Insufficient Evidence, Improper use of an Anonymous Jury, and Evidentiary Errors. It also mentions Prosecutor F. Aaron Negangard's improper conduct concerning the charge of perjury.
