It's all about context.
If you can eliminate words and add names all the better. Who's to prove the state wrong, if they don't know the facts?
I see they even try to drag in the appellate judge on this case to join the "club of judges" that Brewington has criticized.
One can hope that she will rise above that and see through the smoke and mirrors of the state's case.
I would think the attorney general's office would see this for the stinker of a case that it is and not like having to sign off on this.
