Subject: Saga of the "missing" transcripts. Dan Brewington's case. Author: Sue Brewington [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 13:58:54 07/21/12 Sat Last January and February, 2012, we were trying to get tapes of all the hearings in Dan Brewington’s case from Superior Court II. We were told that the June 17 and July 18, 2011 hearings didn't exist. The judge and the court reporter were adamant about this and the Judge signed an order to this effect. The transcripts have now "magically" appeared. Our first post on the update of the "missing" transcripts is up now. More to come. Check danbrewington.blogspot.com.
