Quite a lot is going on. May 22, 2012 Dan's attorneys filed the Appellant Brief. June 20, 2012 a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Whitehead filed the State's Appellee Brief, and on Monday, July 23, 2012 Dan's attorneys, Michael K. Sutherlin and Associates will file the Appellant's Reply. We also have some information on the "missing" transcripts from Superior Court II. All of this information can be found at danbrewington.blogspot.com with the exception of the appellant's reply because it will not be filed until next Monday. Thanks for asking and thanks to everyone for their support.
