From what I have read, seen and/or heard of this case, it appears that Brewington had a legit complaint. He let his emotions and his anger lead him into a battle that got out of hand by BOTH sides.

I was not in the court room during his divorce, but I would guess (remember just a guess) that he said something that did not set well with the Judge. The judge then decided punish him for whatever he said. This could have and should have stopped there. The judge should have found a more appropriate way to handle things than to revoke visitation, but that didn't happen....then Dan could have and should have rode it out, kept his mouth shut and refiled a month or two later and got things changed, but that didn't happen.

From what I have read, seen and/or heard of this case, it appears that a lot of egos got in the way of handling it properly. Now it has gotten way out of hand. Too bad we can't all go back in time and handle it properly.
