Now if you look at the case essentially what was done is that if you file to much paperwork in your divorce case and do not bow down to a custody investigator and a tyrannical judge, you get indicted. That is pretty simple. A judge being intimidated by a blog post? Thank goodness someone is present to protect the judge--- someone may just take his pocket protector. There is real crime in Dearborn County and the citizens of Dearborn County paid $40,000.00 plus dollars to prosecute Brewington and now the State is incarcerating him at the same annual fee. Sounds like we don't know what to do with taxpayer dollars. Finally exercising your first amendment rights is not a crime-- except in Dearborn County-- and that is why you couldn't find it
