When I first read this post I was amazed that there is another person out there who feels as I do. I would like to extend those thoughts to include Judge Humphrey, Dr. Ed Connor and Prosecutor Negangard. I�m in the process of posting a blog regarding the high bail that Judge Sally Blankenship set for Dan Brewington on March 11, 2011 so I�m revisiting the documents, always painful yet infuriating. Mr. Kisor kept insisting over and over that Brewington was a danger to society yet his only �evidence� was that Brewington would not stop writing on the internet and would not following instructions. 2 little girls without a father for 3 years. A hole in our hearts every Christmas, every Thanksgiving, every Birthday, and all days in between. A person with no criminal record now has 3 felonies, is in a medium security prison, even though his classification is level 1. He has been denied a transfer to a level 1 facility because of the �seriousness of his crime�. All this demonstrates what unscrupulous people in power can do. Dan never did anything but blog and I suppose one could add, make the wrong people angry. (Quick reminder, neither of those are a crime). I would also suggest that maybe the real underlying reason that people claim to be so fearful of Brewington, is not because of what Brewington did, but because of what they, themselves, did.
