I have learned firsthand not to believe anything Negangard says. I hope somebody runs against him in the next election. So nice to be in a position such as his when he doesn't have any competition. Same situation as Blankenship.If they would stop using the jail for their own personal reasons as well ss their friends, they would not need a new jail.
