If only Dan had settled quickly instead of dragging it on forever. Three days in court plus appeals, what do you think would happen. The ex has pay for the privlage of letting Dan have the fun of suing her? The lawyer already knew she probably wouldn't get much from Dan, except more lawsuits. It's not the ex, her lawyers, dearborn county officials, judges, psy evaluators, my dogs or anyone elses fault. It's Dan's choices that brought him to this point. Thats why he needs a mental eval and help. Who would choose this course and be considered sane?
