YOY- are you going to ask yourself why he didn't do these 2 things? Does it even begin to bother you that the prosecutor was a target and thought he could still prosecute? Does it bother you that he didn't have enough evidence so he sought to bolster his case with these drive by allegations that fell apart due to poor investigative techniques.
I find it peculiar that Judge Humphrey let himself be party to this charade at all. The case would have fallen apart without him.
