 People in power should not abuse it- particularly to silence criticism of their actions. Mr. Negangard may have tried to eliminate Brewington's criticism of him from the jury trial, but that does NOT eliminate it from Negangard's own mind- and that would affect his bias and motivation to prosecute. It's - dare I say- unethical.
