There are more than a couple of torts I'm sure.
The system counts on "poor people" they think are dumber than they are and those who do not have the wherewithal to take them to court.
Most people hate to sacrifice their own life and time to take someone to court.
Others make their living on suing others.
Our area creates the problem by not complying with modern standards and bending the rules here and there, or even ignoring the law.
Unbelievable!!!
