Companies would ramp up their operation and deliver. I guarantee it. With County government competing with private enterprise it is doing more harm than good. Private companies do not compete with the government. It's the government that is trying to compete with private enterprise. I would rather pay a company to pick up my trash and recyclables than to be taxed so that a government agency can stay open. Government needs to stay out of the private sector.
