A judge is a virtual king in his courtroom as per the constitution. When that gavel goes down he is in charge like it or not. If you disagree you can appeal, see said constitution. He decides what public access he wants not anyone else. There is access available just not the kind you want. Try getting another judge to overrule this and see what a waste of time that is. It's like dealing with a bunch of kids...the rules are right in front of you, if you don't like them then pay a lawyer and appeal.
