Hahahahah... Seems to me that the only people crying are the ones who can't shut Dan Brewington up. Someone has stood up to corrupt authority and every time they threatened him with jail or prison time, he's taken it. Negangard, Kisor, the Humphreys, Connors and a few on this forum are the ones who need the tissues. Boo hoo, hoo. The attorneys involved knew they couldn't criminalize speech but they did it anyway; simple, hateful, vindictive ignorance. Does anyone ever wonder why all of the "threats" (of course there aren't any) Dan supposedly made are still online for everyone to view? How come no court EVER ordered them taken down? Funny, huh? If there were ever a true threat the web host would have immediately been ordered to take it down. I guess when Dan does get out of prison, Negangard and Kisor will have to put on their childish TV legal drama again and try him for the same crimes as all of the intimidation is still happening. Haha And by the way, we ARE following the law. And we are asking a lot of questions along the way. (something they REALLY don't like) The appellate process is ongoing and the fat lady takes her sweet old time but she does sing in the end. And for those on here from the prosecutor's office, especially the younger people, I have an important message for you: Don't follow Negangard and Kisor off the cliff like little lemmings, you're not doing your careers any favors.
