Nobody thinks it can happen to them, i didnt either, my mother inlaw and the prosecutor, didnt know my uncle was a US. Senator! And still dont, as we have different last names, he doesnt help just gave advice, and after over 100 motions (against me) and three judges im still pissing them off! Imagine that! It is true sometimes that is who you know, not so much what you know. Trust me i have been where Dan is. Simple, prosecutors and judges are protecting theyre states witnesses, that is because it will flood the court with old cases coming back to court because every case that states witness has sat on is really worthless! And ruining theyre chance to further themselfs in politics! Most prosecutors become judges then Reps. Sen. Attn. Gen. and so on. One that loses usually dont get re-elected! So they try really hard for the conviction no matter if someone is guilty or not! Most all of your higher up politicians were former prosecutors and judges, now you know why congress is so screwed up! Oh can i say that!People are dealing with this all across the country not just Dearborn Co. Due to the internet it is being recognized at a rampant pace and most attorneys are trying to shut them down so it doesnt effect theyre wrong doings! The thing is their are no laws making prosecutors pay back legal fees to the wrongfully convicted. Complaints usually dont do any good because other attorneys hear the complaints! When a judge who was a prosecutor hears a complaint against another prosecutor what do you think your chances will be? By the way does anyone in that county know what it cost to hold a jury trial, if you dont you should your paying for it, and it is very expensive! You feel better George! Frankly it makes no difference to me how you feel, you have to live with yourself! Maybe you would sit and let them walk on you and your family, At least Dan has $alls enough to stand up for what he thinks is right! So go belly up to the communists!! People in war have gotten court marshalled for not shooting communist,should we now condone communism, and just give in to, as they call them in Dearborn, (THE BIG BOYS)!Again im making a point, im not saying we should kill people, just get some laws watching the people who have our freedom in theyre hands! You Think!
