$75.00 to $150.00 a day plus medical to house inmates! Most public pretenters make $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 a yr. plus they have their private law office or work for a firm! Indiana law states they dont have to tell you everything you need to know to defend you, they are not liable! Most will not even file motions on your behalf! Same person writes public def. and prosecutors check! Now if a lawyer has stock or a 401k that is invested in private prison system they are walking a fine line!Now if a judge or prosecutor has stock or 401k invested in private prisons, and that state has private prisons then they are committing a felony, because they are profiting more than $1.00 from theyre pisition other than theyre salary or commisions, ignorance is no excuse in the eyes of the law! Now they also make 5% off of the child support money they bring in! You didnt think they were really trying to help the single parents did you! If they bring in $20,000,000.00 they make $1,000,000.00 from that! Their was a prosecutor in the big city made $3,000,000.00 his first yr. and put on a big show that he was helping the single parents, its a crock! They are destroying familys lives for profit in numerous ways like starting programs for divorced parents that parents have to pay for,keeping them tied to the court for profit, unless violence is involved why cant Americans work out theyre own problems without paying a court program that just tears the family apart, and here is a prime example with this case, equal parenting time, split the assets, split the parenting time,what is so hard about that, most lawyers are the lowest form of life ever produced, and to you that are honest then im sorry for you! Maybe you need to help the good people change your system or you will most likely fall with them! Its just a matter of time before the people that you are stealing from in the name of the law, will start getting even, thats why lawyer shootings have risen, your acting like Romans, all people want is fair treatment! My lawyer was a prosecutor for 30 yrs. but in his time he didnt act in family matters unless asked or the police were involved, he was fair, thats why he can walk down the street and people respect him, he didnt pillage the community! And he supported rehabilitation for non violent offenders so they could keep the familys together not sending class D felonys to prison and crowding the prisons,and causing the state to pay welfare on the familys for the men and women that are sent to prison!Now violent offenders got theyre butts kicked! He charges $240.00 hr. Their is big money in prisons and lawyers are cashing in at the tax payers expense! Do you think that lawyers show all of theyre income, let me tell you that they prefer cash! I could go on, whats the use until this happens to someone they dont care. The ones who do care are in prison or are out and have given up on life! Just look around!
