 Dan's attorney got cold feet after dealing with him for a couple months. Every attorney Dan has had has left or ask to be relieved. Wonder why that is with the open and shut cases he has had (shaking my head in wonder). I read this attorneys case and fing it totally ridiculous. He will be laughed out of the court even if they acctually agree to hear it. I give this guy a month to bail out. Meanwhile, Dan will probably be shifted to Michigan City and meet some wonderful new friends. Keep digging that hole deeper!
