Just exactly how much did the judge suffer from Brewington and how much was pumped up by the prosecution and the ex-wife's attorney? Both were talking about the gun Brewington owns. How come Loechel wasn't a victim in this case? She claims he attempted to intimidate her - but she wasn't afraid. Why is the judge afraid? Surely he has handled violent and drug addled criminals in his tenure.
We keep reading about attempts (using 2 criminals in jails) to get Brewington to admit to plotting physical harm on the judge. Neither one panned out. I think it's akin to watching an Alfred Hitchcock movie- most of the fear is in the mind.
Because someone is afraid of you means you have intimidated them? If you are afraid of dogs and one barks at you- is the dog intimdating you- or are you intimidated by the dog?
