I hope Dan comes out of this ok. I'm one of those dreaded non bug/spider squasher people. I don't believe in police storming in and arresting people for spouting verbal venom with no time, place, event. I will eat my words if any proof of anything exists.
Some of you might just be egging people to get response so that you can find out who everyone is on here. That's ok with me, but it's unethical and ruins the spirit of our freedoms. Just the kind of thing most citizens don't like that is reminiscent of Nazi Germany way of thinking.
Like it or not, the problems and benefits of internet is here to stay.
The old timers (me is one) can't hang on to "old ways" that may in fact be illegal. (I'm not talking about the Courts, just general conduct and accountability of various depts.).
The good stuff for citizens re: blog/internet is the oversight and communication. Dearborn County is going to have to learn to comply with standard practices and respect laws and rights, or they might actually get caught in wrongdoing. Officials have forgotten who elected them.
