 I live in a large city where they release people you describe all the time. The plea was to save time and hope that the inmate had learned not to continue the activity that put them there. Dan had not learned anything so proudly said shove it. The DA said fine lets do it. The defendants were a judge, his wife and a court expert. What do you think happened? These three against Dan? Please, he has to prove these three upstanding citizens are liars and he is the victim. Your testimony against a sitting judge, what jury will believe you over them? A good fight is one you can win, not a sure loss.
