 I will answer my own questions since you can't seem to bring yourself to do it. ACLU is in Washington in a physical sense but where are they on this case? They said they weren't interested in this case. I wonder why? Maybe because Dan had no case to defend. These guys will defend a pork chop against BBQ sauce yet say no to Dan. Dan's lawyer once again is in Ohio, (child like answer)yes but why isn't he defending Dan on his 1st. Ad. claim. He dropped out of the lawsuit Dan filed. Why? Because he doesn't want to be further embarassed and/or associated with this fiasco. Finally, why was Dan convicted of all these pesky felonies? Because he was guilty and even the best or worst legal council can't save you if the proof is evident and clear. If you want to disagree with these answers feel free. But the proof prevailed in court and will also on here. My college prof once said, "A one word answer may be true but it won't get you a passing grade." Glad you like the post.
