Some dumb questions.
If he is found guilty of some of the charges, will the suit against county and civil suits still be able to proceed? Would the lawsuits' merit be diminished from any findings of guilty in these current charges?
Will attorney fees for County employees in the civil suits be at their expense, or at taxpayers expense?
It seems that the basis of the lawsuits is quite separate from the outcome here. Is this true?
I don't really approve of many lawsuits, but I think it's possible that county should be relieved they are not asking for more. We'd better put that jail on hold.
