And by the way, if Hamilton County maintains records of who accesses their prisoner location information and Mr. McHenry's name is on the list, he will be joining Mr. Brewington in prison for perjury (amongst other things). And to extend that scenario, since it is unlikely that he just decided to do that all by himself, it seems likely, to save his own skin, that he will be making a plea deal himself supporting a charge of suborning perjury against Mr. Negangard.
