Brewington's trial started at 9 am today- Monday. Jury selection of 6 jurors and alternate finished at 1:30. One hour lunch was followed by opening remarks and the first witness- Angela Loechel, Melissa Brewington's divorce attorney. Court recessed at 4:50 PM and will resume at 8:30 AM tomorrow (Tuesday) Judge Hill expects a total of 3 days to complete the trial.
For any public wanting to observe- it's in the large courtroom on the 2nd floor. Bring something to cushion the benches if you plan to stay a while.:-)
